Luxshare Precision (02475) issued an announcement stating that according to the issuance plan, the overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of international underwriters) partially exercised the over-allotment option described in the companys prospectus on August 5, 2026 (Wednesday), involving a total of 12,541,900 H shares (hereinafter referred to as "over-allotment shares"), accounting for approximately 3.27% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering (before any over-allotment option is exercised).

The over-allotment shares will be allocated and issued at a price of HKD 63.28 per share (the offer price for each H share under the global offering, excluding a 1.0% brokerage fee, a 0.0027% trading fee from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, a 0.00565% trading fee from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and a 0.00015% trading fee from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants). The over-allotment shares will be delivered to those allocatess who have agreed to delay the delivery of the relevant H shares they subscribed for under the global offering.
After the partial exercise of the above over-allotment option, the total number of H shares issued for this listing will increase from 383,472,800 shares to 396,014,700 shares. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the listing and trading of these over-allotment shares, which are expected to commence on August 10, 2026 (Monday) at 9:00 AM on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The stabilization period related to the global offering of this issuance ended on August 5, 2026 (Wednesday) (the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the public offering in Hong Kong). The stabilization manager, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., its affiliates, or any person acting on its behalf engaged in stabilization activities during the stabilization period as follows:
1. A total of 57,520,900 H shares were over-allocated in the international offering, accounting for approximately 15% of the total offer shares available for subscription under the global offering (before any over-allotment options are exercised);
2. During the stabilization period, a total of 44,979,000 H shares were purchased on the market at prices between HKD 50.95 and HKD 63.25 per share (excluding a 1.0% brokerage fee, a 0.0027% trading fee from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, a 0.00565% trading fee from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and a 0.00015% trading fee from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants), accounting for approximately 11.73% of the total offer shares available for subscription under the global offering (before any over-allotment options are exercised). The last purchase by the stabilization manager, its affiliates, or any person acting on its behalf during the stabilization period was made on July 31, 2026 (Friday), at a price of HKD 55.70 per H share (excluding a 1.0% brokerage fee, a 0.0027% trading fee from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, a 0.00565% trading fee from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and a 0.00015% trading fee from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants);
3. On August 5, 2026 (Wednesday), the overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of international underwriters) partially exercised the over-allotment option at a price of HKD 63.28 per H share (the offer price for each H share under the global offering, excluding a 1.0% brokerage fee, a 0.0027% trading fee from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, a 0.00565% trading fee from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and a 0.00015% trading fee from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants), involving a total of 12,541,900 H shares, accounting for approximately 3.27% of the total offer shares available for subscription under the global offering (before any over-allotment options are exercised), to facilitate the delivery of a portion of H shares to those allocatess who have agreed to delay the delivery of the relevant H shares they subscribed for under the global offering.
