BONNY HLDG (01906) announced that it expects to record net profit attributable to shareholders of the company of approximately RMB 8 million to RMB 10 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the reporting period), an increase of approximately RMB 6.8 million to RMB 8.8 million compared to the net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 1.2 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025 (the same period last year). The net profit attributable to shareholders during the reporting period includes related gains of approximately RMB 14 million to RMB 16 million recognized from the sale of Hong Kong Bonny Limited (the sale), taking into account the losses from the reclassification of exchange differences recognized in other comprehensive income to profit or loss. Excluding the related gains from the sale, the company recorded a loss during the reporting period. According to currently available information, the board believes that the Group recorded a loss during the reporting period after excluding the related gains from the sale, mainly due to the Groups main business revenue of approximately RMB 97 million, a decrease of approximately 16% compared to approximately RMB 116 million in the same period last year. Weak growth in end-consumer demand for apparel, coupled with intense domestic and international competition faced by the Group in the original design manufacturing industry for clothing, has led to a decrease in customer orders compared to previous years.
