Recently, Zhenjiankang Medical (02697) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center. The two parties will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in the field of embodied intelligence, jointly promoting the intelligent upgrade of minimally invasive intervention therapies and the ecological construction of the embodied intelligence medical industry. Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center, as an innovation platform focused on the implementation of embodied intelligence scenarios and industry ecosystem building, possesses extensive cooperation resources and application scenarios. Zhenjiankang Medical has been deeply involved in the minimally invasive intervention sector for a long time. In June of this year, it made its debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as the first stock of Siasun Robot & Automation for puncture surgery, becoming a pioneer and leading enterprise in the research and commercialization of percutaneous puncture surgery and ablation surgery in China. Several self-developed products have received Class III medical device registration certificates from the National Medical Products Administration, including a puncture surgery navigation and positioning system recognized as a domestic innovation, and a navigation and positioning microwave ablation system recognized as an international innovation, creating an integrated minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic solution for precise lesion localization and ablation treatment.
