At the proposed offering price, Spectral Capital's fully diluted market capitalization will reach $465 million.
Spectral has continued to operate as a company; however, for most of its development, the company's scale has been relatively small, primarily focusing on research and development, software testing, and intellectual property creation. Through a series of acquisitions completed by 2025, the company currently operates telecommunications and messaging infrastructure businesses and generates recurring revenue from established commercial services.
Founded in 2000, Spectral Capital plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol FCCN. Sentinel Brokers is the sole book-running manager for this transaction.
