JIMU GROUP (08187) announced that on August 3, 2026, Diphong Trading Company Limited (as the landlord) and the companys indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Art Kingdom (as the tenant) entered into a lease agreement for the rental of the property, with a lease term from August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029 (inclusive of the first and last days), lasting 35 months, to be used as one of the general retail stores of the Group. The property is located at Shop 1D (storage room), Ground Floor, Cheung Fu Building, 2, 2A2C, 4, 4A, 6 Kwei Fu Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong and the entire 1st floor of Cheung Fu Building, 26 Kwei Fu Street. The total value of the rent payable by Art Kingdom under the lease agreement is HKD 1.76 million, representing a monthly rent of HKD 55,000. The Group's main business is the trading of footwear, apparel, and related sporting goods through retail stores in Hong Kong. Given the nature of its retail business, the Group plans to periodically enter into lease agreements for retail stores. Each retail store, especially large stores similar to the property in question, contributes to and maintains the operational scale of the Group, thereby enabling the Group to expand its store network and market share.
