CIFI HOLD GP (00884) announced that in July 2026, the Group achieved (i) a contract sales amount (including joint ventures and associates) of approximately RMB 610 million and a contract sales area of approximately 97,400 square meters, (ii) an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 11,000 per square meter, and (iii) the Companys equity stake in the contract sales amount of approximately RMB 300 million. From January to July 2026, the Group achieved (i) a cumulative contract sales amount (including joint ventures and associates) of approximately RMB 5.64 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 12.35%; and a contract sales area of approximately 587,300 square meters, (ii) an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 11,200 per square meter, and (iii) the Companys equity stake in the contract sales amount of approximately RMB 3.03 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 11.4%.
