The Ministry of Commerce has released a decision on implementing countermeasures against compliance testing companies from the United States.

In accordance with Articles 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, and 15 of the "Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China," as well as Articles 3, 5, 8, and 10 of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China," China has decided to include American compliance testing company (Compliance Testing LLC) on the countermeasure list and to take the following countermeasures: prohibit organizations and individuals within our territory from engaging in relevant transactions and cooperation with it.
