CHINA UPTOWN (02330): Ko Tada has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
China Shangcheng (02330) announced that starting from August 4, 2026: 1. Due to internal job rearrangements within the Group, Ms. Aika Ouji has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, and will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director. Following Ms. Ouji's appointment, she will cease to be a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, but will remain a member of the Nomination Committee; 2. Mr. Ko Tada has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee; and 3. Executive Director Mr. Liu Zhiren will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Mr. Ko Tada has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Nomination Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee; and 3. Executive Director Mr. Liu Zhiren will no longer serve as Chair of the Nomination Committee.
