HUAYAN ROBOTICS (01021) announced that the company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on August 4, 2026, to convert 18.0278 million shares of its unlisted domestic shares, accounting for approximately 3.24% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement, into H-shares. Upon completion and obtaining all relevant regulatory approvals (including but not limited to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, these unlisted domestic shares will be converted into H-shares and will qualify for trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
