Yidali Holdings (00720) announced that Handerson Automobile Import and Export (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (Handerson Automobile, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the seller) has entered into a sales contract with Fabrika Poljoprivredne Mehanizacije Agromehanika D.O.O. Boljevac (Fabrika, as the buyer). Handerson Automobile agrees to sell and Fabrika agrees to purchase Euro-eBOLD model vehicles, with a total contract amount of approximately 3.46 million euros.

(Hande Xun Automobile, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, as the seller) has entered into a sales agreement with Fabrika Poljoprivredne Mehanizacije Agromehanika D.O.O. Boljevac (Fabrika, as the buyer), under which Hande Xun Automobile agrees to sell and Fabrika agrees to purchase Euro-eBOLD model vehicles, with a total contract value of approximately 3.46 million.
Fabrika is a company incorporated in Serbia and is an affiliate of Gama Elektrocentar D.O.O., which is a major dealer and service provider for new energy vehicles primarily in Serbia.
