Global Digital Creativity (08271) announced that the Group anticipates a profit of at least HKD 2.5 million for the mid-year of 2026, compared to a profit of HKD 24.03 million during the same period in 2025. The decrease in profit is mainly due to a one-time net gain of approximately HKD 33.95 million recognized in the mid-year of 2025, resulting from the Group's termination of operations of Guangdong Global Digital Creative Industry Co., Ltd., which did not occur in the mid-year of 2026. It is expected that the Group's continuing operations will achieve profitability, turning from a loss of HKD 4.78 million in the mid-year of 2025 to a profit of no less than HKD 2.5 million in the mid-year of 2026.
