The company's core candidate drug, BH-30643, targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), is currently undergoing global Phase I/II clinical trials. The company plans to hold a Phase I clinical end-of-meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the fourth quarter of 2026 to discuss the recommended Phase II clinical dosing regimen and potential accelerated approval pathways for certain patients. The company also has two other candidate drugs: BH-30236, a CLK inhibitor currently undergoing Phase I clinical trials for patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes; and BH-501284, a preclinical pan-KRAS project.
