The company currently plans to issue 7 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share, aiming to raise approximately $35 million, compared to its previous filing which sought to issue 2 million shares at a price of $4 to $5 each. Based on the midpoint of the revised price range, Fitness Fanatics total fundraising amount is expected to increase by about 289% from prior expectations, but the corresponding market valuation is approximately $113 million, reflecting a decrease of about 21% from previous terms.
Fitness Fanatics distributes and sells sports nutrition products in Hong Kong and Malaysia, with sales channels covering a variety of outlets including gyms, supermarkets, convenience stores, membership-based warehouses, specialty stores, e-commerce platforms, and online markets. As of December 31, 2025, the company is expected to have over 1,500 sales points.
Founded in 2016, the company plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "FIT." Craft Capital Management serves as the exclusive book-running manager for this offering.
