Kejie Pharmaceuticals-B (02171) announced that CT0596, a universal CAR-T cell product targeting BCMA, has received IND approval from the National Medical Products Administration for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM). The results of the IIT study for CT0596 have been presented as a poster at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Congress.
CARSGEN-B (02171) announced that CT0596, a universal CAR-T cell product targeting BCMA, has received IND approval from the National Medical Products Administration for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) patients. The results of the IIT study for CT0596 have been presented in poster format at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the European Hematology Association (EHA). CT0596 is a universal CAR-T cell therapy targeting BCMA, developed based on the THANK-u Plus platform independently created by Kanjia Pharmaceuticals. It is currently undergoing evaluation in IIT for R/R MM or plasma cell leukemia (PCL). CT0596 has shown initial good safety and encouraging efficacy signals. The company also plans to further explore its use in other plasma cell tumors and autoimmune diseases driven by autoreactive plasma cells.
