Zhongji Health (000972.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongji Red Tomato Industry Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the procurement project for supporting equipment of a post-packaging production line for direct-granule tomato sauce (hereinafter referred to as the "Post-packaging Project"). The total investment for the project is approximately 8.2 million yuan. Once completed, the project will have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of small jar tomato sauce, with a total annual output of 12.5 million jars. Market research indicates that the 210g (portable sample pack) and 400g (family economy pack) specifications of small jar tomato sauce align precisely with consumers' core demands for convenience and freshness in condiments. Additionally, feedback from the companys channel clients, agency distributors, and offline direct-operated stores suggests that the 210g and 400g packaging specifications for small jar tomato sauce incur relatively low logistics costs, facilitating sales through e-commerce, livestreaming, and other new media platforms.
