For the seven months ending July 31, 2026, the total presale amount of the Group, together with the Group's joint ventures and associates, and the Aojiale Projects is approximately RMB 4.29 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 24.6%, corresponding to a gross floor area of about 474,000 square meters; the average price is RMB 9,049 per square meter.
