JS Global Life (01691) announced that the group expects to achieve a net profit of no less than $12 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (2026 mid-term), compared to a net loss of approximately $53.7 million for the same period in 2025 (2025 mid-term).
JS GLOBAL LIFE (01691) announced that the Group expects to achieve a net profit of not less than USD 12 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (2026 interim), compared to a net loss of approximately USD 53.7 million in the same period of 2025 (2025 interim). In addition, the company expects that the Group's adjusted profit for the 2026 interim will be not less than USD 13.6 million (2025 interim: USD 13.5 million). The adjustments primarily include share-based payments; changes in the fair value of restricted stock awards; and other non-recurring items. The Groups turnaround from loss to profit in the 2026 interim is mainly due to: the Group's continuous implementation of stringent cost control measures, leading to a decrease in the overall expense ratio for the first half of 2026; the completion of restricted stock award allocations during this period, coupled with the hedging of gains from the increase in fair value, resulting in a significant reduction in net expenditures compared to the same period last year; and the revenue growth of the SharkNinja business in the Asia-Pacific region, along with continuous improvements in operational efficiency and profitability, which contributed positively to the overall profit of the Group.
