CGN POWER (01816): Unit 2 in Huizhou meets the conditions for commercial operation.

CGN POWER (01816) announced that on August 3, 2026, the Unit 2 of China General Nuclear Power Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (Huizhou Nuclear Power) will complete all debugging work and will be ready for commercial operation. Huizhou Nuclear Power will also process the power business license and other relevant documents according to the requirements. Under normal circumstances, once the relevant procedures are completed, the above date will be recognized as the time when the unit is put into commercial operation. After Unit 2 of Huizhou Nuclear Power is in commercial operation, the number of operating nuclear power units managed by the Company (including joint ventures) will increase to 31 units, and the total installed capacity of operating units will also increase from 34,248 megawatts to 35,450 megawatts. Huizhou Nuclear Power is a subsidiary of the Company.
