REGENT PACIFIC (00575) announced that the group expects to achieve a profit ranging from approximately $500,000 to approximately $1,000,000 for the period ending June 30, 2026, compared to a loss of approximately $2,220,000 for the corresponding period in 2025, reflecting a significant improvement. The improvement in profits during the reporting period, compared to the corresponding period, is mainly attributed to the following factors: (a) The group recognized net milestone payments of $4,500,000 as revenue during the reporting period, which was due to the payment from Fosun Pharma (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., following the approval of the new drug application for Senstend, with the cash consideration expected to be received in the second half of 2026 (corresponding period: none); (b) The group incurred an impairment loss of approximately $1,000,000 related to the right-of-use assets of its office leasing in Hong Kong (corresponding period: none). All other items contributing to the profit for the reporting period are basically consistent with those in the corresponding period.
