SISRAM MED (01696) announced that it expects the Group to achieve revenue of no less than $171 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to revenue of $166 million for the same period in 2025; and to incur a loss attributable to the owners of the Company ranging from approximately $900,000 to $1.4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to a profit of $6.4 million attributable to the owners of the Company for the same period in 2025. Based on currently available information, the Board believes that the main reasons for the expected loss attributable to the owners of the Company for the six months ending June 30, 2026, include: the North American market continues to face a challenging environment, leading to a decline in sales revenue; and the Company's ongoing investment in the injection filling business in mainland China. Despite the operational challenges mentioned above, the Group's overall revenue for the first half of 2026 is still expected to grow, primarily benefiting from the following factors: strong growth in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions; and a sustained increase in contributions from the injection filling business. The Group is closely monitoring market dynamics and taking targeted measures to enhance execution capabilities and adjust business operations to fit the current market environment. Relevant measures include optimizing commercialization execution efficiency in North America, achieving cost optimization, and accelerating the promotion of Daxif products as well as building local production capacity in China. At the same time, the Group will continue to selectively lay out strategic projects, engage in product innovation and ecological integration, and explore opportunities to enrich the product pipeline and enhance technical capabilities, contributing to long-term sustainable growth and value creation.
