According to the "Shareholder Agreement," the registered capital of China National Nuclear Weizhi will be RMB 50 million, with the company contributing RMB 45 million in non-monetary and monetary assets, including a monetary contribution of RMB 26.6 million and a net asset contribution of RMB 18.4 million from the Nuclear Medicine Development Center; China National Nuclear Corporation Zhejiang Technology Co., Ltd. will contribute RMB 5 million in monetary assets. Once China National Nuclear Weizhi is established, the company and China National Nuclear Corporation Zhejiang Technology will hold 90% and 10% of the equity, respectively, and China National Nuclear Weizhi will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The announcement stated that China National Nuclear Weizhi will take over the business of the Nuclear Medicine Development Center, focusing on the smart nuclear medical industry, integrating the entire "nuclear medical" industry chain, and constructing a collaborative development model of "smart nuclear medicine + radiopharmaceuticals + equipment." This will facilitate the transition of the business model from "single product supply" to "full value chain integrated services," leading the nuclear medicine industry towards standardization and intelligent transformation, continuously improving the entire ecosystem and consolidating the industry's leading position, while cultivating new profit growth points for the company.
