Recently, the Central Cyberspace Administration has been deeply promoting the special action "Clear and Bright: Rectification of Chaos in Online Entertainment Group Broadcasting." This initiative targets issues such as illegal PK encouragement for tips, inappropriate gameplay inducing rewards, vulgar and harmful content, and infringement on minors' rights. It guides and urges website platforms to strengthen the management of group broadcasting content and has legally dealt with over 1,840 illegal online group broadcasting accounts. Below are some typical cases reported:
1. Group broadcasting accounts such as "" (Shenwei Space), "" (Red Yellow Green), "" (Zhou Yu), "Ct-" (Ct-Star Picking Tower), "Lz-001" (Lz-Heaven and Earth 001), "()" (Golden Wheat Sisters (Recruiting)), and "GJ-" (GJ-Jiang Shiyue) featured members wearing revealing outfits and frequently displaying sexually suggestive actions like chest thrusting and hip movements, performing vulgar content. They intentionally used dim lighting to create an ambiguous, soft pornographic atmosphere and have been silenced or temporarily banned from live streaming.
2. The group broadcasting account "" (Life Has Smoothed the Egg's Crispy Corners) involved minors in its broadcasts and has had its account closed; the MCN institution it belongs to has been expelled from the platform. Group broadcasting accounts such as "" (Ze Yu) and "200" (Yu Xi 200) induced tipping by mimicking minors' tones and broadcasting in school uniforms; these accounts have been temporarily banned from live streaming.
3. Group broadcasting accounts like "Dorx-0230," "VG-08" (VG Dance-08), and "" (Please Call Me Yang Lihang) used coded language like "unlock benefits" to stimulate users to transfer money as gifts or guide fans to engage in offline interactions to induce tipping; they have been silenced or permanently banned from live streaming.
4. Group broadcasting accounts "ZL-" (ZL-Energetic Girl), "101" (Strawberry Sweetheart 101), "BRI" (BRI Fire Ink), "RED-9," "" (Mu Yang), and "Lala" (Bella Lala) manipulated group broadcasting members to conduct vulgar and insulting punishments during PK sessions or frequently shouted phrases like "Help me gather a team" and "Just need a little bit more" to induce tipping through meaningless PKs. They have faced temporary live streaming bans or limited visibility.
