HUA XIA WATER (08401) announced that Ms. Meng has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, a member of the company's audit committee, a member of the company's nomination committee, and the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, effective July 31, 2026, due to personal and business commitments. Effective July 31, 2026, Mr. Yao Junrong, the current independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee, effective immediately.
