The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Li Yi (Mr. Li) has been nominated as a candidate for the appointment of non-executive director for the fourth Board of Directors. An ordinary resolution to approve his appointment will need to be submitted to the shareholders for consideration and approval at the EGM.
