ASIA STANDARD (00129) announced that the current term of PricewaterhouseCoopers will expire after the shareholders' annual general meeting scheduled to be held on August 28, 2026, for Huihan and Fan Hai International, and they will cease to act as auditors of the respective companies, and will not be reappointed as auditors at the 2026 shareholders' annual general meeting. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been resolved to propose the appointment of Deloitte as auditors at the 2026 shareholders' annual general meeting, with the term commencing after the conclusion of the 2026 shareholders' annual general meeting and lasting until the conclusion of the next shareholders' annual general meeting in 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
