On July 31, the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced its approval of the initial public offering registration of Guangzhou Tongze Kangwei Technology Co., Ltd. It is reported that Tongze Kangwei plans to be listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with China Securities Co., Ltd. as the sponsor, aiming to raise 1.38111 billion yuan.
According to the prospectus, Tongze Kangwei primarily engages in the design, development, production, and sales of self-developed series of broadband terminal equipment, mainly providing product services directly to global telecommunications operators, and actively expanding applications for vertical industry customers.
