Blue River Holdings (00498) announced that Ms. He Shiya has submitted her resignation, effective August 3, 2026, from the positions of company secretary, authorized representative as defined in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, authorized representative to receive summonses and notices on behalf of the company as referred to in Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), and member of the company's Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee.

BLUE RIVER HLDG (00498) announced that Ms. He Shiya has submitted her resignation as the company secretary, as the authorized representative specified in Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, as the authorized representative for the company to receive summons and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), and as a member of the Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee, effective from August 3, 2026. Mr. Wen Huichun has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, legal process agent, and member of the Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee, effective from August 3, 2026.
