Dongjian International (00329) announces that Mr. Mai Qifeng (Mr. Mai) has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the Company under the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), as well as the authorized representative of the Company for receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (legal process agent), with effect from July 24, 2026.

Mr. Chu Chun Ming (Mr. Chu) has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from July 24, 2026.
