CHINA WATER (00855) completes the issuance of non-listed warrants in accordance with special authorization.

CHINA WATER (00855) announces that all conditions for the subscription of warrants have been met, and the subscription of warrants has been completed on July 24, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement and extension letter. Under the subscription agreement, the placement agent will sell a total of 130 million warrants at a subscription price of HK$0.10 per warrant to not less than 6 underwriters. Warrant holders have the right to subscribe for up to 130 million warrant shares at a subscription price of HK$7.02 per warrant share (subject to adjustment) within 36 months from the issuance date of the warrants.
