Ministry of Commerce: 14 EU entities added to export control list.
This announcement will officially take effect from the date of publication.
On July 24th, the Ministry of Commerce issued a document according to relevant regulations of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China to maintain national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and decided to put 14 EU entities including Lafert Group on the export control list. The following measures will be taken:
1. Exporters are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to the above-mentioned 14 entities. Overseas organizations and individuals are prohibited from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to the above-mentioned 14 entities; related activities that are ongoing should be stopped immediately.
2. In special cases where export is necessary, exporters must apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
This announcement will take effect from the date of publication.
