Shentong Metro (600834.SH) issued an announcement that recently, its holding subsidiary, Shanghai Shenkai Public Transportation Operation Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenkai Company"), has signed a new phase of operation and maintenance service contract for the Pudong Airport Metro Project with Shanghai International Airport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Airport"). Shenkai Company will continue to provide services such as operating the Pudong Airport passenger metro system and entrusted maintenance of metro facilities and equipment. The service period of this phase will be from July 16, 2026 to September 30, 2030, with a total contract amount of approximately 461 million yuan (including tax).
