(03296) announced that on July 23, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huaqin Communication, acquired a total of 1.996 million H shares of Crystal Integrated (02249) through on-exchange transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, representing approximately 0.09% of Crystal Integrated's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, at a total consideration of approximately HK$65.77 million (excluding transaction costs), equivalent to an average price of approximately HK$32.95 per target share. Following the completion of the acquisition and as of the date of this announcement, the Group holds approximately 10.91% of Crystal Integrated's total issued share capital.
