(00588) announced that from October 14, 2025 to July 23, 2026, the controlling shareholder Beichen Group will increase its holdings of the company's A shares by 26.3355 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange by centralized bidding, accounting for 0.99% of the total A shares of the company and 0.78% of the total share capital of the company. The total amount of the increase is about RMB 45,553,800 (excluding transaction fees). Although the minimum amount of the increase plan has been reached, it has not been fully implemented yet.
