The Data Sciences Group (02350) announced that on July 20, 2026 (Monday) at 4:00 p.m. (the deadline for the sale of shares by placement agents), 26.2473 million shares of unsubscribed shares and shares not eligible for sale by shareholders have been successfully placed, at a placement price of HK$0.275 per share (equivalent to the subscription price). Therefore, there are no net proceeds available for distribution to non-action shareholders.
