(688585.SH) officially signed a five-year strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties will cooperate in the areas of material selection and development, channel distribution, high-end manufacturing and assembly, Siasun Robot & Automation research and development, and industrial investment, to jointly build a new ecosystem for smart home services. Swancor Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. has long been involved in high-performance composite materials and recyclable materials, and has accelerated the research and industrialization of general smart Siasun Robot & Automation based on its self-developed Start T1 and Q1 product systems, continuously improving product appearance craftsmanship, CMF design, interactive experience, and adaptability to home and commercial scenarios. BUTONG GROUP, as a leading enterprise in high-end household life in China, has deep accumulation in user insight, supply chain integration, and channel operation through its BeBeBus brand. The complementary advantages of both parties will promote the deep integration of Siasun Robot & Automation technology with high-end home scenarios. This cooperation is a key measure for BUTONG GROUP to implement the strategy of "AI empowering the creation of differences." The group has established "Creating Different Siasun Robot & Automation (Ningbo) Co., Ltd." wholly-owned by "Creating Different Holdings (Ningbo) Co., Ltd."; the Ningbo Fenghua intelligent manufacturing factory is about to be established, supporting research and development and mass production. It is expected that in the second half of 2026, the group will successively launch new products such as intelligent mattresses and intelligent luggage, enriching the matrix of intelligent home products. On a policy level, the State Council recently issued the "Expansion of Consumption in the 15th Five-Year Plan," which clearly states the expansion of supply of childcare products and services, and the increase in effective supply of new generation intelligent terminal products.
