MINIEYE (02431) announced that on July 22, 2026, the company plans to allocate up to 20.1324 million new H shares, representing approximately 4.85% of the total number of shares issued as of the date of this announcement and approximately 4.63% of the total number of shares issued after the allocation and issuance of new shares. The allocation price is HK$6.23 per share. Assuming all allocated shares are subscribed by subscribing parties, the total expected proceeds from the allocation are approximately HK$125 million, with a net amount of approximately HK$122 million. The company plans to allocate the net proceeds from the allocation as follows: (i) approximately 70% for the development of the group's autonomous vehicle and physical AI business, including research and development of new generation autonomous vehicle products, physical intelligent and AI technology, operational platform upgrades, and implementation of strategic cooperation projects; (ii) approximately 30% for the upgrade of the basic research and development platform, including efficiency improvements in the data closed-loop system, efficient empowerment of whole vehicle factory solutions, and development of multiple product lines for autonomous vehicles and physical AI. The company plans to allocate the net proceeds from the allocation to the proposed uses over the next two years.
