In the first half of the year, the national general public budget revenue was 12.1047 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.7% year-on-year. Among them, national tax revenue was 9.7865 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.3% year-on-year; non-tax revenue was 2.3182 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.3% year-on-year. Looking at the central and local levels, central government fund budget revenue was 239.7 billion yuan, an increase of 10.3% year-on-year; local government fund budget revenue at the local level was 1.2847 trillion yuan, a decrease of 25.6%, among which, revenue from the transfer of state-owned land use rights was 977.8 billion yuan, a decrease of 31.5%.
B. Government Fund Budget Expenditure
In the first half of the year, the national government fund budget expenditure was 3.8705 trillion yuan, a decrease of 16.4% year-on-year. Looking at the central and local levels, central government fund budget expenditure was 223.9 billion yuan, a decrease of 64.5% year-on-year; local government fund budget expenditure was 3.6466 trillion yuan, a decrease of 8.8%, among which, expenditure related to revenue from the transfer of state-owned land use rights was 1.7105 trillion yuan, a decrease of 17%.
