CITIC (00267) announces that, according to the Company's articles of association, the 9th Board of Directors of China Ocean Helicopter Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will consist of 15 members, including 10 non-independent directors (including 1 employee director) and 5 independent directors, with a term of three years from the date of election by the shareholders' meeting.
