WYNN MACAU (01128) revises the land concession contract granted by the Macau government regarding the land in Cotai City.

WYNN MACAU (01128) announces that on July 22, 2026, the Macau government published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette the revised and rearranged land concession contract (revised land concession contract) accepted by Palo and WYNN MACAU, which comprehensively revises and replaces the existing land concession contract. The revised land concession contract allows Palo and WYNN MACAU to expand the Wynn Palace on land in Cotai, develop a new five-star hotel, a theater, and an event and entertainment center (expanded resort). The Macau government has allocated up to 60 months from the date of publication of the revised land concession contract in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette for the development of the Cotai land by Palo. According to the revised land concession contract, after accepting the conditions of the revised land concession contract, Palo must pay the Macau government an additional land premium of 652 million Macau patacas (approximately 633 million Hong Kong dollars or 80.839 million US dollars) as a one-time total payment. The additional land premium can be paid in cash. According to the revised land concession contract, Palo must also pay additional annual rent to the Macau government, with a total annual rent for the expanded resort of 9.480.4 million Macau patacas (approximately 920.42 million Hong Kong dollars or 117.44 million US dollars). The Macau government may review the rent for the expanded resort every five years from the date of publication of the revised land concession contract in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette. Palo must also provide additional guarantees to the Macau government in the form of a deposit or bank guarantee for the amount equivalent to the annual rent payable under the revised land concession contract.
