QUANTGROUP (02685) completed the issuance of 4.5977 million shares, raising approximately HKD 59.7 million net.

Quantitative faction (02685) announced that all conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met, and the completion was carried out on July 21, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 4.5977 million shares of subscribed shares (equivalent to approximately 0.89% of the total issued share capital of the company before completion and approximately 0.88% of the total issued share capital of the company after the issuance of subscribed shares) have been issued and distributed to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$13.05 per share. The total amount of funds raised from the subscription amounted to HK$60 million, with a net amount of approximately HK$59.7 million.
