Mr. Nie Jinghua proposed that the company repurchase a portion of the RMB ordinary shares (A shares) already issued by the company through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system using its own funds and/ or self-raised funds (including repurchase special loans) through centralized competitive bidding trading, with the total amount of funds for repurchasing shares not less than RMB 80 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 150 million (inclusive).
