(06066) rose by 3.16% to HK$12.09; CITIC SEC (06030) rose by 3% to HK$28.14; China Galaxy (06881) rose by 2.12% to HK$7.69. On the news front, the securities industry's investment in science and technology innovation has entered a period of concentrated cashing out, driving the industry's high growth in the first half of the year. According to Securities China, as of July 19, 17 listed securities companies have issued announcements of performance increase, with 5 of them achieving over 100% increase in net profit in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year. Furthermore, 5 securities companies have disclosed unaudited financial statements for the first half of the year, with 1 company turning losses into gains and 2 companies doubling their net profit growth in the first half of the year. Soochow non-bank analyst Sun Ting's team stated that considering the active market trading since the beginning of the year, the daily turnover of stock and fund transactions has reached nearly RMB 3.3 trillion, close to doubling year-on-year; margin trading balance is nearly RMB 3 trillion; securities direct investment and follow-up investment have benefited from the continuous listing of science and technology IPOs, leading to an upward revision of the full-year performance forecast: based on a neutral assumption, it is estimated that the industry's net profit in 2026 will increase by 36% year-on-year.
