JY GRANDMARK (02231) announced that, for the six months ending on June 30, 2026, the total contract sales of the Group (including its joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB 34.95 million. As of June 30, 2026, the principal amount of the Group's bank and other borrowings totaled approximately RMB 31.19 billion, with a principal amount of approximately RMB 29.52 billion of borrowings considered in default. If demanded by the relevant lenders, these borrowings must be repaid immediately. As of June 30, 2026, the Group is involved in a total of 252 legal cases, with 5 cases involving the Group's bank and other borrowings (i.e. cases involving lenders in Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, Zengcheng, and Qingyuan), with a total disputed amount of approximately RMB 8.58 billion. Of these 5 cases, one case has reached a final judgment, with a total judgment amount of approximately RMB 56.68 million. The remaining 247 cases involve disputes arising from the Group's property development business in normal and daily operations, with a total disputed amount of approximately RMB 14.18 billion. Of these 247 cases, 197 cases have reached a final judgment, with a total judgment amount of approximately RMB 3.008 billion that the Group is liable for, including 105 cases that have initiated compulsory enforcement proceedings, involving a total amount of approximately RMB 1.84 billion.
