Mr. Lin has voluntarily committed to this. Accordingly, Mr. Lin has pledged not to sell, pledge or otherwise dispose of the 11.8343 million H shares of the Company directly owned by him from the date of this announcement until March 31, 2028 (inclusive of both days). The related H shares are all shares of the Company directly owned by Mr. Lin as of the date of this announcement (excluding any rights granted to him under the share option plan adopted by the Company on January 21, 2024 and amended on November 6, 2025).
