China Everbright Water Limited (01857) announced that as of July 17, 2026, Mr. Luan Zusheng has resigned as a non-executive director, chairman, chairman of the Strategic Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and representative authorized by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; Mr. Xiong Jianping, the current executive director and CEO, will assume the responsibilities of chairman and will be appointed as the chairman of the Strategic Committee; Ms. Ge Dan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and the substitute representative authorized by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for Mr. Xiong Jianping; Mr. Wang Yuexing will no longer serve as the substitute representative authorized by Mr. Luan Zusheng; Ms. Guan Yongwei will no longer serve as the substitute representative authorized by Mr. Xiong Jianping, but will be appointed as the representative authorized by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and Ms. Chen Peizhen has been appointed as the substitute representative for Ms. Guan Yongwei.
