HANKING GOLD (03788) donates 3 million yuan to support the post-disaster reconstruction in Fushun, Liaoning.

HANKING GOLD (03788) announced that on July 13, 2026, Fushun, Liaoning Province, experienced extreme heavy rainfall, causing urban and rural flooding, river flooding, and extensive damage to residential houses and farmland. Many residents were urgently evacuated, and the disaster has attracted attention from all sectors of society. Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Fushun Hanwang Hauniu Mining Co., Ltd. (Hauniu Mining), has donated RMB 3 million to the Fushun Red Cross Society. The donated funds will be specifically used for emergency relief, temporary resettlement, purchase of disaster relief equipment, and post-disaster reconstruction for the victims of the Fushun rainstorm and flooding. In addition, our mining operations have dispatched machinery and personnel to assist in emergency construction, clear overflow channels, and voluntarily provide employee dormitories for the proper placement of relocated residents, and fully assist in frontline rescue and local citizen needs. This donation is funded by Hauniu Mining from its own operating funds and is not expected to have a significant impact on the operating and financial condition of our group.
