Intel Corporation (INTC.US) is expanding its partnership with Alphabet Inc. Class C (GOOGL.US) to accelerate the digital transformation process.

Intel Corporation (INTC.US) and Alphabet Inc. Class C (GOOGL.US) announced on Thursday an expansion of their existing partnership to accelerate Intel Corporation's digital transformation process. The specific terms of this collaboration were not disclosed. Under the agreement, Intel Corporation will deploy Gemini Enterprise and Google Cloud across its entire workforce. Intel Corporation stated that Alphabet Inc. Class C Cloud will also support Intel Corporation's semiconductor development environment, introducing customized, intelligent agent workflows to speed up chip design lifecycles and simplify cross-functional collaborative execution. Cindy Stoddard, Chief Information Officer of Intel Corporation, stated in the announcement, "As part of the AI-driven transformation, we are committed to providing tools for employees to work faster, more agile, and more efficiently. By partnering with Alphabet Inc. Class C Cloud, we are able to provide employees with a unified platform to build and deploy AI intelligent agents using Gemini Enterprise, and leverage elastic cloud infrastructure to scale chip development. This collaboration provides Intel Corporation with the AI tools and workflows needed to achieve operational reshaping and faster business goals."
