(Jiang Copper Foil), for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. After the spin-off, the equity structure of Jiangxi Copper will not undergo significant changes and the company will still maintain control over Jiang Copper Foil. Through this spin-off, Jiang Copper Foil will be independently listed as the copper foil business platform under Jiangxi Copper, leveraging the Hong Kong capital market to widen financing channels, strengthen financial capability, and enhance incentive mechanisms.
