Industrial Bank Xi (000426.SZ) announced that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Industrial Gold (Hong Kong) Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Industrial Gold (Hong Kong)"), signed a "Equity Subscription Agreement" with Australian listed company Tartana Minerals Limited (ASX code: TAT) on July 16, 2026. Industrial Gold (Hong Kong) intends to subscribe to TAT's ordinary shares issued by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in two installments at a price of 0.053 Australian dollars per share. The total number of subscribed shares will account for 20% of the issued shares on the completion date (rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares), with a total transaction amount of approximately 5.1827 million Australian dollars.

(referred to as "Xingye Gold (Hong Kong)"), signed a "Equity Subscription Agreement" with Australian listed company Tartana Minerals Limited (ASX code: TAT) on July 16, 2026. Xingye Gold (Hong Kong) plans to subscribe to TAT's ordinary shares issued through a private placement on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) at a price of 0.053 Australian dollars per share, in two batches. The total number of subscribed shares shall account for 20% of the issued shares on the completion date (rounded down to the nearest whole number), with a total transaction amount of approximately 5.1827 million Australian dollars. After the transaction is completed, Xingye Gold (Hong Kong) will become the largest shareholder of TAT. It is reported that TAT is an exploration company listed on the ASX in Australia, with core resources including silver, copper, zinc, gold, and other advantageous minerals. TAT holds 8 mining rights and 22 exploration rights (including pending applications), covering a total area of approximately 2350 square kilometers. The mineral resources are mainly concentrated in the high-potential mineralization belt of Queensland, Australia, mostly within a range of over 100 kilometers west of Cairns.
