The Board believes that the strong growth in revenue from AI application business is mainly due to the continued implementation of the Group's "Full Stack Token Factory" strategy, stable operation of AI employees 24 hours a day, accelerated penetration of the scenario Token billing model in products such as GEO, foreign trade, business analysis and other intelligent bodies, continuous increase in customer willingness to pay and average consumption; the launch of core products such as AI Agentforce Intelligent Body Platform 3.0, KnowForce AI Knowledge Platform, and GenAI OS in the first quarter of 2026, further improving the product matrix and driving growth in the number of customers and average transaction amount; and the high customer revenue retention rate, simultaneous increase in purchases from existing customers and expansion of new customers, leading the AI application business into a stage of scale-up and volume expansion. The strong growth in profit attributable to owners of the parent company is mainly due to the continuous increase in the proportion of high-margin revenue from AI application businesses, with the proportion of multiple charging models represented by scenario Tokens gradually increasing. The pricing anchor point for scenario Tokens is the business results value obtained by customers. With the optimization of ontology mapping, iteration of vertical models and improvement of application effects, the pricing space for scenario Tokens is further opened up, driving continuous improvement in the overall gross margin level of AI application business; and internally within the Group, continuous empowerment of operational efficiency through self-developed AI application products, optimization of sales expenses as a percentage of revenue and management expenses as a percentage of revenue compared to the same period last year.
